1. Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Prescription or customized lenses cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (may take 5–10 business days).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange for a different style or size, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or prescription lenses.
- Items on final sale or clearance.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In case of defective or wrong item delivery, ChasmaHub will bear the return shipping cost.
