Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy makes it simple.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Prescription or customized lenses cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (may take 5–10 business days).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different style or size, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or prescription lenses.
  • Items on final sale or clearance.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of defective or wrong item delivery, ChasmaHub will bear the return shipping cost.
